Tamara Morton is a highly educated and compassionate healthcare professional with over two decades of diverse experience in nursing and counselling services. As the founder of The Thrive Connection: Mind & Wellness Therapy, Tamara brings a wealth of knowledge from both a physical and mental perspective.

She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse in good standing in Ontario. Tamara is deeply committed to fostering healing, emotional growth, and self-awareness in her clients. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic values, diversity, and compassion, empowering individuals to reconnect with themselves and thrive in their relationships.
